In 2019 Lois Keay-Smith, Career Practitioner and Director of Career Wisdom was awarded a Churchill Fellowship by the Winston Churchill Memorial Trust.
The topic of her Fellowship was investigating how to help adults navigate their career interruption, career reinvention and work life after cancer. Due to COVID, Lois elected to conduct the Fellowship by virtual means, ‘visiting’ UK, Canada, USA and New Zealand for her research.
