Career Wisdom is dedicated to helping you find your niche and enjoy career satisfaction. 

Principal of Career Wisdom, Lois Keay-Smith, loves working with people who wish to find new direction in their lives and careers. 

Having changed career herself (financial services, publishing, PR and adult education) she established Career Wisdom with a vision to support and inspire those who are seeking more passion, meaning and harmony in their work lives.

Lois works as a career consultant, writer and speaker.  As a trained career counsellor, Lois conducts limited private career counselling sessions. She brings to her profession, a unique blend of counselling, coaching, consulting and marketing nous, assisting her clients to successfully navigate modern career issues.  Also working with groups, Lois presents the popular workshop "Prosper From Your Passion" via University of Western Australia Extension.

Lois is also currently contracted as Career Advisor to the Emirates Western Force (Rugby Union) squad and academy players.

In her corporate work, Lois assists with career development of staff, speaking at PD days and staff conferences and providing career transition services for staff experiencing redundancy.

Lois holds a Masters Degree in Career Development from Edith Cowan University, Western Australia. She is currently an Associate Member of the Australian Association of Career Counsellors and is also a Fellow of Finsia (Financial Services Institute of Australasia). 

Lois has trained in Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) with psychologist, Steve Wells and continually updates her career, counselling, coaching and human development knowlege and skills at training sessions, courses and conferences.
