Today, corporate downsizing and redundancies are commonplace whether due to mergers, acquisitions or bottom-line considerations. Unfortunately, this leads to people, families and even communities being affected by the job loss.

Although there are redundancy payment requirements in place, many exiting staff find it difficult to deal with job loss, both personally and professionally.  For those long-standing employees, it may have been years to decades since they last were in the "job market" and many things have changed.

Career Wisdom offers a full service outplacement / career transition service to those affected by redundancy.

Almost all Career Wisdom clients have their own computer, access to internet, email and phone at home.  To this end, the office facilities are made available for the one-on-one sessions, with other liaison and activity occurring mainly by phone and electronically. When attending the office, plentiful free parking is available.
