Principal of Career Wisdom, Lois Keay-Smith, loves working with people who wish to find new direction in their lives and careers. 

Having changed career herself a few times over the years (financial services, publishing, PR and marketing, adult education) she established Career Wisdom with a vision to support and inspire those who are seeking more passion, meaning and harmony in their work lives.

Lois works as a career consultant, writer and speaker.  She works from office locations in Wembley and Helena Valley, Western Australia, for conducting private career counselling sessions and also offers career consultations and coaching by phone.

Invited to consult to companies, Lois assists with career development of staff, speaking at PD days and staff conferences and providing outplacement services for staff experiencing redundancy.

Lois holds a Graduate Certificate in Career Development from Edith Cowan University, Western Australia and is currently completing a Masters degree in Career Development.  She is currently an Associate Member of the Australian Association of Career Counsellors. 

Lois also holds a Diploma in Financial Markets and is a Fellow of the Finance Institute of Australia.  In the counselling field, Lois has been trained in Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) with psychologist, Steve Wells.  She continually updates her career and human development knowlege and skills at training sessions, courses and conferences.
